Taku-Takahashi

Taku Takahashi (高橋 拓, Takahashi Taku) (born March 29, 1974, stylized as ☆Taku Takahashi) is a Japanese DJ and record producer, who debuted in 1998 as a member of the group M-Flo.

He composed every single remix of songs by Utada Hikaru and Ayumi Hamasaki, as well as producing music for Crystal Kay, Rie Fu and Ami Suzuki. He was also a member of Avex's music project, Ravex.

He was also part of a few record label, such as TCY Recording and Tachytelic Records, and also became a music director, while he also composed music for the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt anime series produced by Gainax. And recently, he composed the second japanese opening of Transformers: Prime, TRANSFORMERZ with his fellow group M-Flo and became part of the Space Dandy Band for the television series, Space Dandy, produced by Bones and Bandai Visual.

Takahashi is part of the Music Joint as he is the assistant composer for Harmony Unleashed: Human Ponidox Continuum Shift, its films (alongside Yasuharu Takanashi) and its sequel series, NeoWave (alongside Kenji Kawai) and the Re:Birth film trilogy series as it will have other music composed for themes in the style of electro and dubstep, influencing the Brony fandom's music work.
