Tomy Co., Ltd. (株式会社タカラトミー, Kabushiki-gaisha Takara Tomī?, Takara Tomy) is a Japanese toy, children's merchandise and entertainment company created from the merger of two companies: Tomy (founded in 1924 as Tomiyama, changing the name to Tomy in 1963) and long-time rival, Takara (founded in 1955). Merged on 1 March 2006, the company has its headquarters in Katsushika, Tokyo.

Takara Tomy is known for having the Beyblade series, the Duel Master series and the Transformers series, as well as videogames based on anime like Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and Naruto. Despite their possibility of being rival with Bushiroad along with Namco Bandai due to My Little Pony being re-acquired in early 2013 since the G1 toys were released by Takara and Takara Tomy acquired Hasbro titles to Japan, they team up to acquire the Harmony Unleashed series to Japan with NaruIchi97/AtomicRanger97 Entertainment Studios Inc.
