Seiji Mizushima (水島 精二 Mizushima Seiji?, born on January 28, 1966 in Fuchū, Tokyo) is a Japanese anime director.

Mizushima is known for directing various anime series, such as Slayers Next, Generator Gawl, UN-GO, Dai-Guard, Shaman King, the 2003 anime series of Fullmetal Alchemist, Oh! Edo Rocket, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Hanamaru Kindergarten, Zaion: I Wish You Were Here, and the first ever anime collaboration between Sunrise and Aniplex that just beat Valvrave the Liberator's flank on being the first, Natsuiro Kiseki. However, he is currently directing BlazBlue: Alter Memory as in his collaborative position with the anime's director Hideki Tachibana and Expelled from Paradise, a collaboration between Nitroplus and Toei Animation written by Gen Urobuchi, the David S. Goyer of anime.
