Production I.G (株式会社プロダクション・アイジー, Kabushiki-gaisha Purodakusyon Ai Jī) is a Japanese anime studio and production enterprise, which was founded on December 15, 1987 by Mitsuhisa Ishikawa and Takayuki Goto. It is headquartered in Musashino, Tokyo, Japan. The studio is part of the IG Port company.

Production I.G is the most over-the-top animation studio to not only involve in animated series, OVA's and Films, but also they're involved with promotions, music videos and video games.

The studio is well known for original animated series and manga/light novel/game adaptations and other media, such as Patlabor, Ghost in The Shell, Tales of Vesperia, Blood: The Last Vampire (alongside Blood+ and Blood-C), Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations/Spring Thunder, Dead Leaves, Kuroko's Basketball (or the Basketball which Kuroko Plays), Psycho-Pass, Mass Effect: Paragon Lost, IGPX, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne, Attack on Titan, FLCL, Kimi no Todoke, Guilty Crown, Broken Blade, Idaten Jump, xxxHolic, Ace of Diamond (alongside Madhouse) and other anime shows.

Production I.G is part of the production committee and it will produce Harmony Unleashed: AppleSpark Chronicles, Harmony Unleashed: Jaegermeisters (as co-operated with Xebec and Wit Studio), Harmony Unleashed: Human Ponidox Continuum Shift NeoWave (produced by Sunrise and collaborating with Trigger), Harmony Unleashed: Spirit Brony High (alongside Tatsunoko) and Harmony Unleashed: All Stars vs. Atomic Betty X Total Drama: Slash Prime (with Trigger).

They will also collaborate with Titmouse and Trigger for a spin-off of the Anthro Bunraku series based on the Equestria Girls universe.

Production I.G is also an American licensor with an office branch in Los Angeles, CA and movie producer Avi Arad from Arad Productions Inc. and Marvel Studios is the chairman of the LA branch. The American licensor is responsible for licensing Jaegermeisters alongside Aniplex of America and Sunrights Inc.
