Bushiroad Inc. (ブシロード, Bushirōdo) is a Japanese producer of collectible card games and trading cards, which was founded in 2007 by enterpreneur Takaaki Kidani and is headquartered in Tokyo. It also created and owns the media franchise Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, and published two Milky Holmes visual novels for the PlayStation Portable, developed by Artdink.

On January 29, 2012, Bushiroad announced that it had fully acquired New Japan Pro Wrestling, a major professional wrestling promotion. At the 2012 Tokyo Game Show, Bushiroad announced Bushimo, a new social gaming platform for smartphones, which was released in Winter 2012.

As of 2013, They are bringing new projects such as the revival of the late Sunao Yoshida's Neppu Kairiku Bushilord anime series in collaboration with Bandai Visual, Kinema Citrus and Nitroplus, Pearl Universe Realm with Toei Animation, Kinema Citrus and Cartoon Network and Future Card Buddyfight, starting with the Manga series and later with the trading card games and an anime television series produced by OLM Inc. and Xebec.

Bushiroad is well known for trading card games like the Weiss Schwarz TCG, Jewelpet, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, Pearl Universe and Cardfight!! Vanguard. Bushiroad, after they re-acquired the My Little Pony franchise from Takara Tomy in Japan, it becomes possibly Takara Tomy's second rival company next to Namco Bandai Holdings Inc. due to TT licensing Hasbro franchises, like Transformers.

For the Harmony Unleashed series, Bushiroad teams up with Takara Tomy and Toei Company along with NaruIchi97/AtomicRanger97 Entertainment Studios Inc. To license the series in Japan.
